Refund & Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. As this is a personalized, made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to regret or change of mind, as stipulated by Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, Art. 49. Each t-shirt is unique and produced exclusively for you, which means it cannot be resold to someone else.

However, if there is any manufacturing defect or error in the production of your t-shirt caused by our team, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund of the amount paid. In that case, please contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the product at contact@dropa.ai, informing the issue and sending photos of the defect/error. We will review your request promptly and, if confirmed, we will:

• Send a corrected replacement t-shirt at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund of the amount paid, according to your preference.

In case of shipping damage (product arrived damaged), please notify us within 48h with photos of the item and packaging so we can contact the carrier and resolve it via replacement or refund.

Important: Since each product is made exclusively for the customer, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to size or incorrect personalization choices provided by the customer. Please review your order details carefully (such as text, color, t-shirt size) before completing the purchase.

This policy complies with consumer protection law and aims to clarify procedures to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any questions, we are here to help.

Terms of Service

By using dropa and placing an order, you agree to the following terms of service:

• Personalization Process: You understand that the image/artwork for the t-shirt will be generated according to the description provided. We will do our best to match your idea, but small interpretation or color variations may occur.
• Order Content: Requests for offensive, illegal, or third-party rights-violating artwork are not allowed. dropa reserves the right to refuse or adjust orders whose content violates this rule, issuing a refund if necessary.
• Production and Delivery Time: After payment confirmation, production of your personalized t-shirt will begin. Average production time is 3 to 5 business days. After production, delivery time varies by shipping method and location, with an additional average of 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping (details will be provided at checkout). We will strive to meet estimated deadlines, but delays can occur due to logistics beyond our control.
• Refund & Return Policy: You declare that you have read and agree with our Refund & Return Policy (above), aware that personalized products have specific conditions.
• Copyright and Use of Artwork: The artwork generated for your t-shirt is for your personal exclusive use. dropa will not reproduce your artwork to sell to other customers without your permission. Likewise, you may not use the provided artwork for commercial purposes or reproduce it at scale without consent.
• Limitation of Liability: dropa is responsible for product quality and reasonable fidelity to the provided description. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, moral damages, or any damages not directly related to the purchase.

These terms aim to ensure a fair experience for both parties. In case of any dispute or situation not covered above, Brazilian law will apply, and we are available to resolve it in the best possible way.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when using dropa.

• Data Collected: When you place an order, we collect personal information necessary to process the purchase, such as your name, shipping address, email, and phone number. We may also store the description/art requested for production and order record purposes.
• Use of Data: Your data is used strictly for processing and delivering your order, communications regarding the purchase, and improving dropa's service. We do not share your information with third parties not involved in the process (for example, we only pass your address to the delivery company).
• Security: We employ appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. Payment transactions are processed in a secure environment (Stripe platform) with encryption. We do not store sensitive payment data (such as card numbers) on our servers.
• Cookies: We may use cookies only to improve your browsing experience (for example, keeping items in the cart). You can block cookies in your browser, but this may limit some site features.
